father and son a few weeks ago.

we had a little celebration for Solomon last week. he danced and played and enjoyed himself. he loves the lights and he loves his dadda.

those of you who know grizzly bear will think of this as a divine intervention. he is so sweet with Solomon.

hi yall. we're getting excited about seeing everyone in memphis at thanksgiving. the costumes are halloween and the ones at the beach are from when we were in thailand.

our little Solomander is so happy. tonight i laid him down in bed and laid down next to him (like usual. he laughed such a warmhearted laugh, like deep down inside. he kept laughing and i just could do nothing but laugh along with him. and this afternoon, i experimented with letting him fall asleep on his own. and i was on the computer in the next room. Well, i never heard him fall/climb out of bed, bounce off the ginormous turtle and then crawl over the turtle and stand on the other side of the bead curtain. all of a sudden he comes charging through the bead curtain, running with his arms outstretched, laughing loudly, so proud of himself for finding me. it was the cutest thing.

Solomon is sporting some cute mountain rescue clothes that Nancy and Sam and David gave him. You can see him kindof playing his favorite game which is to almost leave, sometimes he halfway shuts the door and then return to us with big smiles and hugs. The camera interferes with the hugs and such, but you can see his cute smile.
